The app was designed to offer a user-friendly, compassionate, and accessible platform for managing healthcare appointments, with a focus on simplicity and empathy, catering to users with varying levels of digital literacy.

Cancer patients and women often face challenges when seeking medical care, especially navigating complex booking systems. For many, especially those with limited technical skills or emotional distress, the process can feel overwhelming. There was a need for a mobile app that would simplify this process, making healthcare access more accessible, intuitive, and compassionate.

Women: Primarily those dealing with specific healthcare concerns like breast and cervical cancer.

Cancer Patients: Looking for a reliable, easy-to-use platform for booking appointments with oncologists and specialists.

Caregivers: Individuals managing appointments for loved ones, seeking a seamless way to track and book medical consultations.

The primary problem I aimed to solve with the design of the Flavum Healthtech website was the complexity and accessibility barriers faced by women and cancer patients—specifically those with breast and cervical cancer—when seeking medical appointments.

This group may be experiencing unique health challenges and is looking for a reliable, compassionate platform to manage appointments and connect with specialists.

The platform is designed to offer a tailored experience, helping these patients easily navigate the booking process for doctors specializing in oncology and related fields.
